This is in the heart of Toulouse and within the Pullman Ramblas Center hotel that Dans le Noir ? sets its new unique dining experience. The dinner in the dark experience will be open to the public three evenings a week, Thursday to Saturday from 7:30 pm, starting October 1, 2021. The guests enjoy a surprise menu with a starter, main course, dessert with or without food and wine pairing. They are served and guided by a team of visually impaired guides to live an unusual moment that allows them to re-evaluate our perception of taste and to question our relationship with the world and others. For the occasion, our chef Yousri Ben Jeday has designed a new 100% SURPRISE menu to be enjoyed in complete darkness: games of textures, temperatures and seasonings, quality, local and seasonal ingredients in order to to make you live a sensory journey and an unforgettable experience. When making your reservation, we ask you to specify your possible allergies and diet restrictions so our menu can be adapted to you.
